Rolling donuts in Loveland
What Loveland coffee shop is on the move?
In the last couple of weeks, I have reported on some changes in the world of coffe shop in Loveland. Thes posts included the closing of the Black Cup and the opening of the Organic Cafe.
On Thanksgiving, one of my brothers-in-law told me about yet another move forthcoming related to coffee and donut shops in Loveland.
This latest news is about the moving that is planned for the Donut Haus. As a reminder, the Donut Haus is currently located in the Palmer Gardens Shopping Center at 29th and Hiway 287 in Loveland (174 East 29th Street.) They have been at this location for about eight years.
Now the Donut Haus is going to move across the street. The new location is at 29th and Garfield where Fireside Lighting was for many years. (107 W. 29th Street)
One of the owners said the new layout will allow for all the glass cases of pastries and candy to be together in a more organized fashion. She added that some items that are sold wholesale will be available in the store.
(Did you know about 70 percent of the Donut Haus business is wholesale. They have many vans leaving the store each morning to distribute what as been made all night.)
It is a good move for this growing business. The new spot should have better visibility, and the show will gain about 2,000 more square feet than they have right now. Look for the change to take place after the first of the year.

Wow great news! I love the Donut Haus and our company uses them a lot in Longmont. The new place will be a better location. Good luck Lois!

Debbie It is always great to report on a business having success or growing. Did you see my post from yesterday that Mandolin Cafe is leaving downtown Loveland. Also, I reported on the new Organic Cafe that is now open.
