Loveland–Who is George?

Abo’s Pizza in Loveland’s Palmer Gardens shopping center closed. It has been empty but now has a sign announcing George’s Pizza and Gyro. 
I am researching Loveland info, but so far I can’t find out anything about who is George’s Pizza or why they are coming to Loveland.

I don’t know George, but I hope he makes a good pizza!
There are two georges. Both used to be associated with the chicagos best just across the street that closed last year. The original George is related to the other Chicago’s best places in Estes, Windsor and formerly Longmont and Loveland.
Ok its confirmed. Its the George who used to run chicago times, his family runs chicagos best in estes and windsor. Get ready for some great pizza.
