Loveland to get a new business

The weather may be cooling down but things are hot out at Centerra.
It seems that McWhinney has signed a letter of intent for a store in Centerra. The new business to Loveland is the Bass Pro Shop. It will anchor a new development at Center. The location will be the northeast corner of Interstate 25 and Highway 34.
The new sports apparel , hunting and fishing related store will be about 117,000 square feet. According to the McWhinney press release, Bass Pro hopes to initially generate 25o jobs.
