Loveland Factory Outlet – another one gone

The original factory outlets — The Outlets at Loveland — is losing another tenant.
A place called the Dancer’s Accent is selling all of its inventory. This includes the flooring and the mirrors.
I don’t get to that section of retail stores much, but I think this business was not there for very long. At one point the Springmaid Wamsutta store was there.
What can be done, if anything, to revive the first factory outlet site in Loveland.
