Loveland Bobservations — New Loveland business

Ann Baron, known to many in Loveland, has started a new businesses.  Actually, she has had the consulting business for a couple of months, but I just caught up with her at a recent Loveland Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting.

Here is the information on my friend Ann (as supplied by her):

Ann Baron is the Owner of Baron Business Resources LLC which improves profits by vetting job applicants through state of the art tools and assessments. The business reduces hiring time by fitting the right person to the job.

Ann’s background in sales, teaching and corporate continuing education   gives her an excellent foundation in communicating and connecting with   people.  She is happiest helping people learn.   She is a resource to her clients, focused on customer service and employees who love their new jobs.

Ann was a Supervisor at State Farm for four years interviewing, hiring, and training hundreds of employees. She has twenty years experience in Underwriting, Supervising, Sales, and Management. Most recently she was the Business Development Director at the Loveland Chamber where within two years she increased Chamber membership by over 25%, an unprecedented achievement for any Front Range Chamber.

When she’s not strategizing job fits, Ann channels some of her creative energy into all types of handcrafts.   She enjoys spending time with her husband and their three canine friends.
