Loveland Bobservation

Loveland has lots going on as usual. As enter August, there are a couple of new businesses in the works.
I need your help to fill in some of the blanks on the details.
I blogged in BobsHeartbeats about a new restaurant coming to Loveland. At the time, I had few details. Well that is still true but I think I know the name of the new Mexican eatery.
It seems that the new place will be at 1425 Cleveland Avenue in Loveland. This is just west across Cleveland from Walgreens and north of the large pawn shop at Cleveland and Eisenhower.
Those in the know say it will be Las Delicias. There are a few Mexican restaurants around by this name. I do not know if they are connected to this one.
