Loveland BankOne building?

I did a stroll down Fourth Street in Loveland that I will write up soon. Some new businesses and an empty space or two.
My question for my readers today is:
What is going on at the BankOne Building located between Lincoln Avenue and Cleveland Avenue? I reported that John Geiman and Don Overcash moved Sandler Training to the second floor of this bank. (On the north side.)
Now it seems some renovation/retrofitting is happening to the main level on the south side.
Are they getting this ready for a specific business or just making it more marketable?
