Interesting sign in Loveland

Northern Colorado is known to have a very high percentage of well-educated people. We have many institutes of higher learning within an hour or less of Loveland.
Unfortunately, it seems not everyone is that educated. Here is a sign (on a 4×8 foot piece of plywood) that is on a corner near my house.
The E is wrong of course but what happened to the N, it looks more like a V.
(I wonder if there were any SAVEIVGS at the sale?

I think this may be the same guy who wrote the letter to the editor about the strip club…
Or the owner of that pot shop that didn’t know the difference between patients and patience.
