Bobservation –Customer service

Overall, I think customer service in Loveland is quite good.  One example is the Runza restaurant on north Lincoln Avenue.  I was there last night again, and they are always friendly.

The reason I was at Runza on Tuesday is because on January and February the have “temperature Tuesday.”  In this promo, you but an original runza (krautburger or cabbageburger to some of you) at the price the temperature was at 6 a.m. that day.  You have to add fries and a drink to get this offer.  Even so, we had two meals for $7.11 total including tax.

I lke that when you first walk in (and when you leave) you are acknowledged.  The staff is very friendly, no matter who is working.

Here is a bonus for those of you who took the time to read this far. The manager and two employees cheerfully told us that next Tuesday, the runzas are free.  Yes, you have to purchase the fries and drink, but what a deal.  They were telling everyone who came in so there might be a crowd.
