Beer in downtown Loveland

Every few weeks someone asks me about the new place downtown that will be a brewery or brewpub or something related to
that. In my recent post about things coming to Loveland (or not), I mentioned the beer-making in downtown Loveland again.
It seems that my “beeps” were right in saying it would be on Fourth Street, west of the railroad tracks. Someone named Nick Callaway has take the space in the big tan building across from In His Name coffee shop.
The slightly more than 4,500 square feet will be the home of Loveland Ale Works. And yes, beer fans, it looks like they will have a tasting room too.
Should be a good addition to the downtown area of Loveland.
Anyone have more info?

I think it’s kinda funny there is a brew pub next to a biz called In His Name!
They’d better be good. There’s some stiff competition in town. I love me some Grimm Brothers.
No John In His Name is the coffee shop across the street from were it will be.
